River's Memory, directed by Roney Freitas, premiered at the Norwegian Short Film Festival in June 2013, started a great career in festivals and awards.

The film premiered nationally in August 2013, at the 24th Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival, and from then went on to the national and international circuit, shown in five countries and six states of Brazil. 

In November the film received the Special Jury Award at the 3rd International Festival Lume de Cinema (MA) and in December it was awarded Best Short of the Semana Paulista de Cinema, held in São Paulo. Most recently, it has been selected for the prestigious Festival of Tiradentes, and there is still more to come .
