When My Life Was My Life, by Carolina Markowicz, participated in the 35th edition of CineMart, a coproduction market that took place in parallel to the Rotterdam Festival between 27 and 31 January. The producer Zita Carvalhosa accompanied Carolina in several meetings with producers, distributors and European sales agents. During the event, the project counted with the mentorDominique Welinski, a French producer who has worked for MK2 as head of distribution and acquisitions, is currently involved in the strategic consulting for developing projects, as well as being the founder and organizer of "Factory", session of Quinzaine des Realisateurs of Cannes Film Festival.

On the second day of the event, When My Life Was My Life participated in the "Spotlight", an open session in which all 16 participating projects were presented to the public in the format of a conversation between the project representatives and their mentor, so that possible international partners could know them more deeply.
