The directors and executive producers of the projects selected by the CPLP Audiovisual Program participate in a Creative Production Design Workshop in Óbidos, Portugal. It is an immersion of 80 hours to discuss their strategies of achievement with artistic and technical tutors. For the DocTV Workshop, the projects of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe and Timor-Leste are being guided by Eduardo Escorel, Luiz Bolognesi, Luis Correa, Patricia Faria, Raquel Zangrandi and Zita Carvalhosa. At the end of the Óbidos workshop, the projects will be in production simultaneously for seven months.

The CPLP program is coordinated by the Executive Secretariat of the CPLP with the Audiovisual Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Culture and the Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual of Portugal, being held in each member state of the CPLP by national poles formed by the national audiovisual and the respective public television. ABPITV is responsible for the Technical Unit of Brazil for Executive Management in the Audiovisual CPLP Program and coordinated the workshops of the Audiovisual CPLP Program, held in Lisbon.
